Kelly Flanders
Kelly started practicing yoga in 2017 after years of proclaiming herself "not flexible enough". She quickly realized that yoga was about much more than flexibility, and began trading the reluctant evening drag to the gym for a delighted stroll down the block to the studio. As a lifelong learner, Kelly began her 200-Hour teacher training in 2022 with the hopes of deepening her personal practice and knowledge of yoga. As a teacher, she enjoys flow classes that invite students to challenge themselves while honoring their body by incorporating props, offering variations, and encouraging personal autonomy.
Outside of yoga, Kelly enjoys travelling, being outside in the sunshine, and cuddling her labradoodle, Appa.
Fun fact! I was born on St. Patrick's Day, so my name is Kelly for Kelly green. I also have an artificial left hip, which tends to surprise people at 29 years old!
