Why You Should Join #Team6AM: Your New Favorite Community!

Good morning, sleepyhead! Or shall we say future early riser extraordinaire? We know that 6 AM yoga might sound like a stretch (pun totally intended), but trust us, it’s about to become the best part of your day—and your week! At Charlotte Family Yoga, we’re welcoming you to join #Team6AM every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for a practice that will leave you energized, clear-headed, and ready to conquer whatever life throws your way! Don’t sleep on #team6am (ok enough with the puns 🤣 I’m in a roll!)! I (vicie) remember practicing at 6 am from 2018 - 2020 before I started teaching 6 am and it was ALWAYS the best start to my day!


Here’s why it’s time to set that alarm and roll out your mat:


1. Sunrise Superpowers


There’s something magical about greeting the day before the world fully wakes up. Beating my kids up was always my goal to find “me time”. But with the yoga practice, I find that the studio is calm, the air is fresh, and your mind is primed yoga as the body prepares for movement. By the time the rest of the city starts their coffee, you’ll already be feeling zen and glowing like the sunrise. And bonus - we’ve got espresso and tea in the lobby!


2. Build Momentum


Let’s face it—starting your day with yoga puts you ahead. You’ve already checked “self-care” off your to-do list, which means the rest of the day is yours to slay. Plus, getting into a consistent rhythm three days a week will turn mornings into something you actually look forward to (we promise!).


3. Your Crew Awaits


#Team6AM isn’t just a class—it’s a vibe. The kind of vibe where high-fives happen, sleepy smiles turn into laughs, and you feel a sense of connection with others who are crazy enough (in the best way) to wake up this early.


4. Because You Can


Waking up at 5 AM to make it to class may feel impossible now, but just imagine the pride you’ll feel after crushing a week of 6 AM yoga! You’ll be walking around with that “I did it” energy. Spoiler alert: it’s contagious.
