I’m Lori and I grew up in Indianapolis, IN.  I relocated with my employer to Charlotte in 2010 with my husband Wayne.  I have 3 4-legged children:  a Silver lab named Leia, a Chocolate Lab named Jaina and an Australian Shepard named Kylo!  In our free time my husband and I love to travel, especially cruising, Disney World and Universal Studios Florida (we love theme parks!!).

 

I discovered yoga in March of 2018 when a coworker talked me into joining her for a Hot Power class at Charlotte Family Yoga.  I was convinced that there was no way I could do yoga and she planned to prove me otherwise!  One class was all it took for me to fall in love with yoga and I quickly learned that yoga was for everybody!!  You can now catch me on my mat either practicing Hot Power Yoga or teaching (Long, Slow Deep or Hot Power) just about every evening. During the quarantine of 2020 I decided to sign up for Yoga Teacher Training at CFYC!  Not only do I love to practice yoga but I now equally love teaching yoga!!
